Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to development of product features and/or assist with program management
Document requirements, processes, controls, risks, and business objectives
Apply end-to-end thinking and awareness of upstream and downstream impacts on delivery
Develop requirements, prioritize the backlog, manage the roadmap, and communicate across the enterprise
Support development of clear, actionable goals to drive product delivery
Lead technical and delivery teams in executing user stories and broader initiatives
Collaborate across teams to align product, business, and organizational needs
Build relationships with departments to support smooth product development
Engage clients and internal teams to identify and prioritize product features and improvements
Develop a basic understanding of relevant banking regulations and internal compliance standards
Contribute to product roadmaps and support program management routines
Support development of solutions that facilitate and drive product vision and strategy in partnership with Product Specialists, Technology, and Digital
Represent user needs to technology teams and provide feedback to drive product priorities
Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years’ experience
Strategic thinking
Commercial banking product knowledge
Presentation and report writing
Data analysis
Project management
Extreme ownership with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
Systems thinking with ability to understand processes and interdependencies
