About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and evaluate potential AI and Generative AI use cases
Support the intake, assessment, prioritization, and tracking of AI use cases within assigned business domains
Document process flows, success metrics, and value realization opportunities
Contribute to solutioning activities with business, technology, data science, and vendor teams to evaluate potential AI approaches
Coordinate AI governance activities, including documentation, stakeholder engagement, risk assessments, and approval processes
Monitor use case progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones, escalating issues as appropriate
Develop presentation materials communicating use case status, benefits, and outcomes
Track and report portfolio metrics, implementation progress, and realized business value
Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to apply them to business challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar
Proven track record delivering AI, ML, and GenAI products or use cases from ideation through production deployment and value realization
Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions, build proofs of concept (POCs), and create mockups using modern AI tools
Experience evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, or enhanced customer and employee experiences
Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies, use case evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI-enabled workflow solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, technology, data, risk, compliance, or vendor partners
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to gain alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Experience with modern AI and data platforms including AWS AI/ML, Snowflake, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and MLOps platforms
Understanding of Agile delivery practices and project execution frameworks
