About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate as part of a dynamic team with interesting projects
  • Support research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, technology enhancements, and technology support
  • Attend professional development, informational, networking, and community service events
  • Work with a dedicated manager and program manager to navigate the bank and internship program
  • Plan and execute an assigned project to improve a specific process or solve a problem
  • Prepare and present a wrap-up presentation to the division leader, Chief Information Officer, and other key stakeholders outlining accomplishments and internship experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 years' experience
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the summer program (5/24/27–7/30/27)
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineer, or related area of study
  • Preferred: 3.0 minimum GPA
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Positive attitude, natural curiosity, and enjoyment of collaboration
