About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a dynamic team with interesting projects
  • Perform research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, technology enhancements, and support
  • Attend professional development, informational, networking, and community service events
  • Complete an assigned project to improve a specific process or solve a problem within the Bank’s Information Technology function
  • Plan and execute the assigned project during the internship
  • Prepare and deliver a wrap-up presentation to the Chief Information Officer, division leader, key stakeholders, and other company leaders
  • Apply classroom knowledge in a corporate IT environment while delivering tangible organizational value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 years' experience
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during 5/24/27–7/30/27
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineer, or related area of study (preferred)
  • 3.0 minimum GPA (preferred)
  • Strong desire to learn and grow (preferred)
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and collaboration (preferred)
