About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing Rail customers within the territory
Originate incremental rail operating leasing volume
Maximize revenue on renewals of existing leases
Liaise with Rail Customer Service, Mechanical, and Financial Operations groups on customer needs
Generate new Rail customers through direct calling efforts
Work with the Rail Structured Finance Group to generate non-operating lease financing opportunities
Originate new operating lease transactions and generate financing opportunities in the freight transportation sector

Requirements

What you’ll need

This is a remote role that may only be hired in Nebraska
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience and 10 years' experience in Sales, Leasing
OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Sales, Leasing
Preferred experience: Railcar Leasing
