About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, core banking applications/platforms, and other systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern integration patterns
Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Support integrations, data migrations, and enterprise Salesforce releases
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability and performance
Lead technical design discussions, mentor team members, and promote development best practices
Support DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
6+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture
Experience designing, developing, and supporting APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and enterprise application development
Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification required
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Experience with API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns
Experience with MuleSoft, Gearset, AutoRabit, or similar DevOps tools
Experience with Salesforce-to-Salesforce and Dynamics 365-to-Salesforce data migrations, including data mapping, transformation, and validation
Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration tools, including Data Loader, DemandTools, Informatica, MuleSoft, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and other ETL platforms
Financial services or banking industry experience
Advanced Salesforce certifications preferred
Technical skills: Salesforce, FSC, Apex, LWC, Flow, MuleSoft, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, API-Led Connectivity, nCino, Git, CI/CD, Data Migration, ETL Tools, Release Management, Agile, JavaScript, SQL, Enterprise Integrations, and API Development
