Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the summer program
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program
  • Ability to work within a commutable driving distance of the Raleigh, NC office
  • Adaptability
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Preferred: degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Finance and/or Data Science
  • Preferred: 3.0 minimum GPA
  • Preferred: strong desire to learn and grow
  • Preferred: positive attitude, curiosity, and collaboration
  • Preferred: ability to multitask
  • Preferred: ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs
  • Preferred: ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
