Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn to deliver Middle Market banking products and services, including loans, deposits, treasury management services, interest rate products, capital markets, wealth management, and other fee income businesses
  • Focus on credit framework and analysis
  • Learn the prospecting process for acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships
  • Participate in research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, and technology enhancements and support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the summer program
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program
  • Adaptability
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Preferred: majoring in Finance or Business
  • Preferred: rising college senior
  • Preferred: 3.0 minimum GPA
  • Preferred: strong verbal and written communication skills and desire to learn and grow

  • Preferred: ability to multitask
  • Preferred: ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs
