About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze outreach performance using internal and third-party data sources
- Inform improvements and solutions based on outreach analytics
- Collaborate with the Outreach Analytics team and internal stakeholders
- Create actionable, data-driven insights and processes to improve banker leads and marketing campaign effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, and technology enhancements and support
- Attend professional development, informational, networking, and community service events
- Complete an assigned project to improve a process or solve a problem
- Present the assigned project at the close of the internship
- Prepare and deliver a wrap-up presentation to the division leader and key stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
- Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the summer program
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program
- Preferred degrees: Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Data Science
- Rising juniors or seniors preferred
- Experience working with large data sets and coding/programming preferred
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
