Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, and technology enhancement assessment and support
  • Analyze data and improve process workflows and automation
  • Collaborate and network across Operations, Information Technology, and Sales departments
  • Attend professional development, informational, networking, and community service events
  • Complete an assigned project to improve a process or solve a problem
  • Present the assigned project to local leaders and key company stakeholders at the close of the internship
  • Prepare and deliver a wrap-up presentation to the division leader and other stakeholders
  • Support accountabilities assigned by the direct manager, area, or department leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the summer program
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL analysis and Visio
  • Within a commutable/drivable distance of the Raleigh, NC office
  • Preferred: 3.0 minimum GPA
  • Preferred: Skilled in Excel, Tableau, SQL, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Preferred: Rising college senior
  • Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance
  • Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred: Critical thinking skills
  • Preferred: Ability to multitask
  • Preferred: Ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs
  • Preferred: Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
