Strengthen First Hawaiian Bank’s Enterprise Third-party Risk Management (ETRM) program.
Implement, develop, support, and enhance third-party risk management processes and tools.
Train business units on established program requirements and compliance.
Assist in creating and delivering timely reports, summaries, and analytics to management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, risk management or equivalent experience or combination of education and relevant experience required.
Three (3) years of experience in third-party risk management, or combination of equivalent experience and education required.
Experience in a technical field, risk management, banking, third-party risk management, or similar work preferred.
Experience planning, preparing, coordinating, and delivering training to users of software and/or procedures preferred.
Familiarity with risk management tools and procedures in financial institutions preferred.
Demonstrated experience in supporting business units with program procedures and tools.
Proven successful collaborator among peers, colleagues, and management.
Working knowledge of program policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Handles confidential matters judiciously.
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy as needed to create quality deliverables.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in system troubleshooting, configuration, and user support, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
