About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide excellent account service to FI clients for exams-only and apprenticeship programmes
  • Onboard learners onto apprenticeship programmes and ensure eligibility and suitability criteria meet DFE funding regulations
  • Plan programmes for new apprentices and commercial learners, tailored to learner and employer needs
  • Manage contractual arrangements through to delivery
  • Identify continuous service improvements and work with FI team members to deliver them
  • Follow up on new client leads and progress them through to delivery
  • Maintain student and client records, including course booking data, progress reporting, and study pathway changes
  • Provide quality service to employees/apprentices and employers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience of delivering high quality client service
  • Confident and professional
  • Ability to deliver key information to employers and their learners
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Up to date knowledge of apprenticeship standards
  • Sound knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and standards to ensure compliance with Ofsted and ESFA Regulations
  • Understanding of the accountancy sector/qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW)
  • Successful candidates must complete a DBS check; some roles require an Enhanced check
  • Commitment to safeguarding and adherence to the Safeguarding and Prevent Policy
