About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver professional skills sessions across in-person and virtual classrooms, including client-site settings
- Prepare sessions fully and complete post-session activities
- Facilitate the full SkillsLab curriculum across professional skills domains, apprenticeship levels L3-L7, and commercial programmes for external clients
- Use diagnostic assessment data to understand learner starting points, differentiate mixed-ability groups, and tailor facilitation
- Adapt delivery approach and pitch for early career apprentices, experienced professionals, and senior leaders
- Deliver confidently in corporate client environments, representing SkillsLab’s brand and commercial proposition
- Provide personalised learner feedback within 7 working days, integrating diagnostic data and sharing insights with Skills and Development Coaches
- Participate in formal and peer observations and use feedback to improve practice
- Pilot and evaluate new delivery approaches, digital tools, and technology-enhanced learning methods
- Participate in the SkillsLab Community of Practice and share evidence-based best practice
- Collaborate with Skills and Development Coaches to connect facilitated sessions, coaching, and workplace application
- Support client demonstrations, taster sessions, and proposal content
- Build subject matter expertise across SkillsLab domains, developing deep specialism in at least two
- Undertake regular CPD focused on facilitation, diagnostic interpretation, sector knowledge, and emerging professional-skills development approaches
- Contribute to internal upskilling across First Intuition
