About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the First Quality Tissue leadership team and build relationships to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
  • Ensure IT strategic roadmaps align with the needs of the division
  • Collaborate with division stakeholders to assess processes, identify pain points, and translate business requirements into IT strategies and solutions
  • Prioritize strategic projects and day-to-day incidents between the division and IT
  • Promote innovative technologies such as IoT, automation, ERP systems, and data analytics
  • Partner with IT project teams on system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitate IT deployment change management through training, communication, and support
  • Define and track KPIs measuring IT solution impact on production uptime, cost reduction, and time-to-market
  • Identify and mitigate IT service and project risks and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and company policies
  • Gather stakeholder feedback to refine IT services and drive process optimization
  • Coordinate communication and mobilization of divisional resources during critical incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in business relationship management, IT project management, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years working in or supporting a manufacturing or CPG environment (preferred)
  • Proven track record of bridging IT and business functions to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with IT systems commonly used in CPG manufacturing, such as SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), or AI/ML/Analytics systems
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, or Industrial IoT
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data governance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and lead during crises
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
