About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design technical solutions transforming Order to Cash business functions and supporting company operations, growth, and cost-effective best practices
Develop and maintain understanding of Order to Cash processes and SAP-supported applications, including dependencies with Transportation and Warehousing
Foster relationships with functional teams and Centers of Excellence
Establish three-year strategic functional and technical roadmaps aligned with business strategy and Enterprise Architecture guidelines
Develop reference architecture documents
Create high-level designs for new business processes and projects, including architectural diagrams, data-flow diagrams, wireframes, security architecture, and infrastructure architecture
Provide execution strategy and sequencing based on functional and technical dependencies
Develop functional specifications, testing plans, implementation guidelines, and build/development standards
Collaborate with Project Managers on program and project plans
Ensure solutions incorporate business continuity planning and disaster recovery objectives
Ensure projects have vetted business cases and align with the three-year strategic roadmap
Create user training strategies for IT Build/Engineering teams
Provide post-project hypercare and escalated L4 support
Collaborate with and support Sourcing and Vendor Management
Develop service strategy and service design plans for newly created IT services

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of IT experience supporting Order to Cash business processes using tools including SAP and analytics tools such as Qlik or PowerBI
10+ years of Solution Architecture experience designing enterprise-level solutions across process, technology, people, and data perspectives
5+ years of Solution Architecture experience within established Enterprise Architecture guidelines and principles
10+ years of experience designing new IT business services
5+ years of solution engineering experience building solutions under established high-level and architectural designs
5 years of Project Management experience or exposure
5+ years of CPG Manufacturing experience
5+ years of Business Process Design experience
5+ years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0, APO, EWM, TM, IBP, Ariba, Qlik, PowerBI, or FourKites
5+ years of Enterprise-Level Integration capabilities
5+ years of team leadership or team management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, change management, and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset, sound judgment, integrity, and collaborative approach
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, fluid, and ambiguous environment
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to present comfortably to management
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
