About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage financial accounting for the parent company and subsidiaries
- Lead and support a team of five employees
- Take responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
- Support the team with day-to-day accounting activities
- Contribute expertise to further process optimization, including through the use of AI
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your experience, knowledge, and preferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least four years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience independently preparing financial statements
- Experience in process optimization involving the use of AI
- Excellent spoken and written German skills
- Willingness to pursue professional development
- Team-oriented approach
