About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting
Reconcile accounts and independently prepare monthly financial statements
Support the preparation of annual financial statements, with the opportunity to take full responsibility in the future
Prepare VAT returns and EC Sales List (recapitulative) statements
Oversee collections and payment transactions
Carry out liquidity planning
Contribute to process optimization within the accounting function
Manage one financial accountant
Take on special projects for the executive management team
Potentially contribute to the further development of the controlling function

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least three years of experience in a comparable or similar role
Proficient working knowledge of DATEV
Excellent spoken and written German skills
Willingness to pursue professional development
Team-oriented approach
Previous management experience is not required
