About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform outside sales
Acquire new commercial customers through follow-up phone calls to contacts made during direct sales
Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals
Provide prospective customers with free estimates
Work approximately 25–35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Clean glass at commercial and residential locations, including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories
Travel between jobs
Perform some ladder work and minimal paperwork
Work with an independently owned and operated Fish Window Cleaning franchise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made
No experience necessary
Reliable transportation
Proof of insurance
Valid driver’s license
Courteous, self-motivated and friendly
Attention to detail
Ability to perform some ladder work
Ability to travel between jobs
Ability to complete minimal paperwork
