About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Infant CPAP product portfolio throughout the full product lifecycle, from design inputs through validation
  • Drive initiatives across compliance, product enhancement, sustainability, and cost efficiency
  • Help ensure medical device solutions remain accessible, minimally invasive, and clinically impactful

  • Contribute to the design, manufacture, and marketing of infant respiratory medical devices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree (Graduate or higher) in Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with quality systems
  • Technical leadership and ability to mentor less experienced engineers
  • Confidence navigating design controls and regulatory frameworks, or willingness to extend skills and knowledge in those areas
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for learning
  • Willingness to work independently, manage varied projects, try new ideas, manage risk, and resolve uncertainty
