About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor chatbot performance and identify failures in conversational flows and integrations
  • Make bot adjustments and corrections according to priorities defined by the team
  • Build and maintain conversational flows, including menus, routing rules, variables, and exception handling
  • Support the development of automations and API-based integrations between chatbots and operational systems, such as HubSpot
  • Perform tests and validate improvements before publication
  • Document developed flows, implemented changes, and resolved incidents
  • Track basic bot performance metrics, such as retention, transfers to human support, and errors
  • Identify and report deviations, contributing to the continuous improvement of solutions
  • Support and enhance the operation’s chatbots using the Blip platform
  • Work under the guidance of a senior analyst within the Tools pillar, gradually developing autonomy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of programming logic and basic JavaScript
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON data manipulation
  • Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Blip, Dialogflow, Botpress, or similar tools
  • Ability to analyze logs, identify failures, and investigate issues in a structured manner
  • Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills for documenting solutions and collaborating with different teams
  • Bachelor’s degree
