About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous 3–6 months of customer service or customer support experience preferred
  • Previous 3–6 months of call center or office background experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Quick learner and able to work independently
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required
  • Must provide your own equipment and workspace
  • Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet service
  • Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
  • Intel® Core™ i5-8250U Series or greater processor
  • 8GB memory on Windows 10 or 11 64 bits
  • Screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher
  • Dual monitors
  • USB DSP headset
  • Laptop or desktop; no Chromebooks, netbooks, or tablets
  • Up-to-date antivirus software with a recent scan
  • Enabled firewall
  • Hardwired connection to modem or router; no Wi-Fi or extenders
  • Must be available to work on the first and last business day of each month
