Rank incoming requests by impact, dependencies, and launch dates, deciding team priorities
Carry each clinic from first call to fully live, steering the technical work throughout
Break project scope into schedules with clear owners and dates
Keep engineering, product, and clinics aligned with clean handoffs
Surface risks early and escalate before deadlines slip
Provide internal teams and clinics with clear launch-status updates
Improve the implementation playbook and route recurring product gaps to engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-6 years running technical or implementation projects, with complex ones shipped on schedule
Fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations sufficient to reason about how systems connect
Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers alike
Sound triage judgment: what to do now, what to defer, what to escalate
Ability to stay steady across multiple simultaneous launches
Healthcare data or health-tech background (bonus)
Hands-on experience with EHRs or other clinical systems (bonus)
Experience building at a startup or high-growth company (bonus)
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States or Canada
Must not require a visa now or in the future to continue working in the United States or Canada
