About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and central coordination hub for large-scale initiatives, including the S2 strategy
  • Coordinate communications, meetings, and deliverables between S2 partners and the executive leadership team
  • Facilitate executive leadership team coordination, steering committees, partner executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions
  • Coordinate press releases, internal communications, and announcements related to S2 partnerships
  • Plan and execute partner site visits, collaboration sessions, and working sessions
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, agenda planning, and logistics for conferences, executive site visits, and industry events
  • Track action items and commitments across partner engagements and escalate blockers to leadership
  • Support partner onboarding, executive relationship mapping, and introductions between partner leadership and Flagstar executives
  • Liaise between the artificial intelligence team and business units to identify and prioritize high-value use cases
  • Translate business problems into use case intake submissions through the artificial intelligence governance process
  • Design and deliver artificial intelligence coaching sessions for business leaders
  • Develop a network of artificial intelligence champions across business units
  • Own the enterprise education program, including scheduling, content refresh, sequencing, and reusable education content
  • Partner with the CIOO/CTO Executive Administrative Assistant to maintain executive calendars and optimize leadership time
  • Manage confidential partner information and sensitive communications
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as required
  • Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent required
  • 6+ years in executive coordination, partner relations, executive support, or chief of staff roles supporting senior technology leadership
  • Experience coordinating complex logistics, managing executive calendars, and organizing large-scale meetings or events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and stakeholder communications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Strong presentation design skills
  • Experience with travel booking systems, expense management, and corporate travel policies
  • Understanding of strategic partner management, vendor relations, and enterprise technology partnerships
  • Experience tracking action items, commitments, and deliverables across multiple partner engagements
  • Event planning and coordination experience
  • Knowledge of dashboard and reporting tools
  • Moderate travel required, up to 25%
  • Ability to work outside standard business hours when required
  • College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent) preferred
