About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance native Android apps using Kotlin
Develop web services and APIs with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
Implement new features for mobile applications and backend services
Develop and integrate REST interfaces
Ensure reliable data exchange between mobile apps and backend systems
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and develop solutions for interfaces, data flows, and integrations
Analyze and improve the performance, stability, and maintainability of apps and services
Ensure quality through automated tests, code reviews, coding standards, and technical improvements
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, Backend, Operations, and other stakeholders
Further develop engineering and release processes as well as technical documentation
Take ownership of assigned areas and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
At least three years of professional experience in software development, ideally with a focus on Android or full-stack development
Strong knowledge of native Android development with Kotlin, the Android API, and common architecture and development concepts
Extensive experience developing backend applications with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
Confident working knowledge of software architecture, Clean Code, automated testing, and Git
Knowledge of Entity Framework Core, relational databases, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture
Knowledge of Xamarin or .NET MAUI is a plus
Willingness to work in a self-organized, agile team
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
