About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research destinations, experiences and adventure concepts and turn them into bookable trips for solo travellers
  • Design end-to-end itineraries with standout moments, connection opportunities and innovative experiences
  • Work with partners and local suppliers to build unique, well-paced and operationally sound trips
  • Use insights, guest feedback and competitor research to shape products
  • Set launch budgets with the Pricing team and make financially sound decisions
  • Monitor early-stage trip performance, including occupancy, margin, quality scores and stability
  • Ensure new trips meet quality benchmarks before handover to Product Operations
  • Track global travel trends, emerging destinations and experience ideas for the product roadmap
  • Build cross-functional relationships to support successful launches and long-term product growth
  • Participate in screening, hiring-manager, case-study and founder interviews as a candidate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Well-travelled and/or culturally curious mindset
  • Experience creating unforgettable experiences in travel, events, experiential design, hospitality, or a similar field
  • Ability to identify global travel and culture trends and shape them into adventure concepts
  • Proven ability to use data to shape concepts into polished, scalable and operationally sound products
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with global partners and negotiate confidently
  • Commercially sharp approach with comfort managing budgets and early performance metrics
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and find inventive solutions
  • Natural collaborator able to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing clarity or quality
  • Must work remotely from the country of hire (UK)
  • Expected to be in London every 6-8 weeks
