About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own People Experience at Flash Pack end to end for twelve months
Own People infrastructure and tech stack, including contracts, systems, payroll and UK compliance
Lead onboarding, probation and offboarding processes
Ensure managers understand effective People processes
Identify and fix broken or inefficient People processes and build scalable processes
Answer People questions and improve recurring processes
Own People data and create actionable dashboards and insights
Support projects that turn the high-performance culture into practical ways of working
Champion connection and collaboration across the globally distributed, asynchronous-first team
Design moments, communications and initiatives that bring the team together
Own the London hub and in-person events
Gather feedback and iterate People processes and programmes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Real experience in a People role, with People fundamentals
Experience working with remote or distributed teams
Understanding of asynchronous ways of working
Pragmatic approach to distinguishing long-term fixes from quick solutions
Experience owning ambiguity independently in a fast-moving, scaling environment, ideally within a lean People function
Strong operational judgement and attention to detail, particularly with data and process accuracy
Root-cause analysis skills
Curiosity and willingness to grow
Interest in AI and its application to People operations
