About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead content strategy for AHOY Playbooks’ information systems
- Refine blueprints and documentation frameworks for developers and business leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical leaders
- Convert business goals into technical requirements for engineering teams
- Create high-level architectural blueprints for enterprise systems, cloud integration, and data networks
- Assist with technical governance and maintain the evolving library for pre-sales, sales, technical, R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Guide and support the AHOY Playbooks team
- Build relationships with teams collaborating with AHOY Playbooks
- Convey technical knowledge through strategic decks and proposal outputs
- Advise stakeholders and external leadership on technology roadmaps, bridging business needs and technical execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 8 years of experience in technology and system development
- Based in the UAE and able to meet in person at least 2 times a week under the hybrid work model
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic or French communication skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to write concise technical stories that secure proof-of-concept results within 10 slides
- Ability to rapidly learn new technologies
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Time-management skills to align AHOY Playbooks’ commitments with business requirements
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve knowledge gaps for pre-sales, sales, tech, R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Detailed understanding of tooling, data modeling, and enterprise application integration concepts
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and common integration design patterns with enterprise systems
- Portfolio of 2–3 samples of pitch decks and/or document proposals that helped secure the next stage of a proof of concept
- Ability to redact client names in accordance with signed NDAs
