About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ricerca e mappatura di influencer e content creator in linea con il brand
- Supporto nella creazione e invio di campagne email
- Supporto nella gestione operativa delle collaborazioni, inclusi contatti, brief e follow-up
- Monitoraggio dei contenuti sponsorizzati e raccolta dati di performance
- Analisi base delle performance email e reportistica
- Attività di segmentazione del database contatti

Requirements
What you’ll need- Percorso di laurea triennale o magistrale (in corso) in Comunicazione, Marketing, Psicologia del Lavoro o affini
- Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese (livello B2)
- Attitudine al problem solving e autonomia operativa
- Approccio proattivo e collaborativo
- Precisione e capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente
- Interesse per beauty ed il mondo startup
- Devi essere attualmente iscritt* all'Università
