About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and structure the Product Backlog
Write user stories for agile software development
Clarify requirements together with Product Management and translate them into actionable work packages
Support the development team throughout the sprints and serve as the primary point of contact for business-related questions
Take on a share of functional second-level support, analyze inquiries, and coordinate solutions with Development and Product Management
Contribute to the functional coordination of releases
Support Product Management with roadmap planning and the further development of the product vision
Ensure transparent and up-to-date documentation of requirements, decisions, and status

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in agile software development and project management, ideally as a Product Owner
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
Excellent written and spoken German
Strong technical understanding and a structured approach to analyzing complex processes
Programming skills are not required
Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Team-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
Nice to have: Experience in claims management, ideally in the automotive sector
Nice to have: Knowledge of XML, JSON, or SQL
Nice to have: Experience with AI applications and AI agents
