About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage projects and deliverables against timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Recognize and mitigate project risks
  • Manage project resources, schedules, financials, tasks, and deliverables throughout the project life cycle
  • Develop and motivate project team members to meet goals and milestones
  • Analyze and synthesize business requirements
  • Manage full project implementation from initiation through deployment

  • Act as an internal quality-control check
  • Review best practices and facilitate operational improvements
  • Continue professional development on emerging technologies, methods, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Five years of project management or related experience
  • Five years of experience working with business stakeholders
  • Industry certification in project management practice preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and/or senior leadership
  • Proven ability to demonstrate drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to function effectively in a high-demand environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans
  • Ability to compile, review, categorize, prioritize, analyze, and interpret data and/or information
  • Occasional travel for meetings, trainings, and conferences, potentially requiring overnight stays
