About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations
Ensure solutions stated in Statements of Work follow best practices and align with client requirements
Work closely with Sales to support successful sales process closure
Liaise with Support, Success, and Delivery departments to provide client feedback on product requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science or a college degree in software engineering or computer science
Excellent knowledge of Software Consultation and/or SaaS, API, and AI platforms
Experience with software development languages and methodologies, including Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, and GraphQL
Skilled at explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients
Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments and meeting company and client deadline expectations when resolving Service Requests
Excellent attention to detail
Self-aware, motivated, coachable, and able to collaborate with all team members
Experience with HR/Finance data integrations
Experience with Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse HR, or Bamboo HR
Fluent in French, both verbal and written communication
