About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop backend services, internal tools, and automations
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Automate and scale infrastructure using Terraform/OpenTofu
Integrate security into the development lifecycle and contribute to vulnerability remediation
Evolve Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes environments
Improve platform observability, monitoring, and reliability
Participate in incident investigations and the on-call rotation
Collaborate with developers to improve DevSecOps practices and team autonomy

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant experience
Strong backend development skills, ideally with .NET/C# or Python
Experience with APIs, automated testing, Git, and code reviews
Excellent proficiency in Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience with Terraform/OpenTofu and CI/CD
Good understanding of cybersecurity, IAM, and secrets management
Good understanding of networking, including DNS, firewalls, routing, and load balancing
Experience with tools such as Argo CD, Vault, New Relic, or PagerDuty
Comfortable working across code, infrastructure, and deployment
Effective use of AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving
