About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the creative workflow process and execution for all Field Install Teams in the region or district.
- Manage five or more stores in each market and build out new markets while maintaining the current region or district.
- Utilize internal Field Install Team labor to achieve company cost savings and control capitalizable projects for SSC partners.
- Detail the monthly scope of work for each market based on New Store Visual Merchandising (NSVM) and Store Requests.
- Manage relationships with Field Install Team Associates, Store Teams, Regional Teams, and NSVM partners.
- Conduct quarterly FIT Store Performance Walks and provide ongoing training and development.
- Support NSVM partners and ensure requested scope aligns with forecasted hours.
- Ensure Field Install Teams accurately code hours to project CPARs.
- Manage schedules and timelines for NSVM projects and Store Requests.
- Develop project rollout schedules and supervise field and SSC changes.
- Collaborate with the NSVM team to establish standards and specifications.
- Support Consolidated Reset and Store Operations Requests, including addressing safety concerns.
- Ensure each Field Install Team provides daily recap emails with detailed DFR Excel attachments.
- Provide weekly recaps to SDRM, SDRO, SVP, and Senior Director of Execution for all markets.
- Facilitate monthly CEM and Regional Calls and collaborate weekly with Divisional Directors of Execution and Visual Merchandising.
- Host weekly touch-base meetings with Field Install Managers and Supervisors.
- Manage FIT hours per store and FIT/Execution project savings.
- Review, audit, and approve direct reports’ company credit cards and out-of-pocket reports.
- Apply working knowledge of P&Ls and cost-to-completion projections.
- Manage project spending and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant experience may substitute for the necessary education, with one calendar year of expertise equating to one academic year of education.
- Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, including a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- A minimum of two to five years of relevant experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to execute the essential functions of the position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective problem-solving and team-building skills.
- Exempt-level experience in managing large projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Experience in managing a third-party labor team and vendors.
- Ability to facilitate communication and set expectations within the organization.
- A practical understanding of fast-paced, large-scale retail projects, focusing on existing store renovations and ground-up merchandising practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background check.
- Extensive travel required (30%), including air and car travel.
- Ability to exert 10–40 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
