About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accurately interpret physician orders
- Administer contrast materials
- Prepare and operate CT Scan equipment to obtain proper images
- Obtain patient history
- Explain standard procedures and address patient concerns
- Produce computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- A valid Florida CRT is required
- ARRT Certification in (R) (CT) preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as CT Scan Technologist is preferred
- A valid AHA BLS certification is required
- Fluency in the English language
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Accurate, proficient computer skills, including EMR and data entry
- Successful background, drug, and nicotine screens
- Compliance with required vaccinations, barring an approved exemption
