About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned community
- Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors
- Coordinate and attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings as needed
- Prepare management reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up items
- Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and community projects
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure community standards are maintained
- Assist with budgeting, financial review, and reserve planning
- Ensure compliance with association governing documents and Florida statutes
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve resident concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests, violations, and community communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED
- Minimum 4–6 years of Community Association Management experience
- Strong knowledge of HOA/Condominium operations, budgeting, vendor management, and governing documents
- Experience working directly with Boards of Directors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle conflict resolution professionally and effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
