About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Florida Window and Door at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail stores, and big box stores
- Promote category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across Florida
- Work weekday and weekend shifts, including daytime and evening hours
- Generate leads or write appointments
- Work as part of the event marketing sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
- Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Must be available to work either weekdays and/or weekends
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Bilingual a plus
