Key responsibilities & impact

Build high-performance backend services and APIs powering enterprise-grade SaaS applications
Build scalable, secure Node.js microservices and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem
Develop modern front-end experiences using Vue.js and TypeScript
Build CI/CD pipeline tooling, automation frameworks, and developer productivity infrastructure
Implement real-time data processing and event-driven architectures handling sensitive enterprise data at scale
Own significant parts of the architecture and ship production code
Collaborate directly with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO
Own systems end-to-end and contribute during the company’s aggressive growth phase

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional Node.js development in production environments
Expert-level understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime
Deep experience with TypeScript in production codebases
Strong command of RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and enterprise API security best practices
Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling, and database performance at scale
Proficiency with Git workflows, code review practices, automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services, and infrastructure-as-code principles
Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations preferred
Experience building or contributing to Salesforce ISV (AppExchange) products preferred
Vue.js front-end development experience, particularly Vue 3 Composition API and state management, preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS companies serving enterprise customers with strict compliance requirements preferred
Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains and practices in the Salesforce ecosystem preferred
Long-term commitment to a full-time engagement; contractors seeking short-term work are not the target
