About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build high-performance backend services and APIs for enterprise-grade SaaS applications
Develop scalable, secure Node.js microservices and Salesforce ecosystem integrations
Build modern front-end experiences using Vue.js and TypeScript
Create CI/CD pipeline tooling, automation frameworks, and developer productivity infrastructure
Implement real-time data processing and event-driven architectures for sensitive enterprise data at scale
Work directly with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO
Own significant parts of the architecture and ship production code used by enterprise customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional Node.js development in production environments
Expert-level understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime
Understanding of backpressure, setImmediate, process.nextTick, and unhandled promise rejections
Deep experience with TypeScript in production codebases
Strong command of RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security best practices
Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling, and schema-performance implications at scale
Proficiency with Git workflows, code review practices, automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of Docker, cloud services such as AWS/GCP/Azure, and infrastructure-as-code principles
Long-term commitment to a full-time engagement; not suitable for short-term contractors
Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations is highly preferred
Experience building or contributing to Salesforce ISV (AppExchange) products is highly preferred
Vue.js experience, particularly Vue 3 Composition API and state management, is highly preferred
Experience with B2B SaaS companies serving enterprise customers with SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or GDPR requirements is highly preferred
Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains and practices in the Salesforce ecosystem is highly preferred
