Key responsibilities & impact

Build high-performance backend services and APIs for enterprise-grade SaaS applications
Develop scalable, secure Node.js microservices and Salesforce ecosystem integrations
Build modern front-end experiences using Vue.js and TypeScript
Create CI/CD pipeline tooling, automation frameworks, and developer productivity infrastructure
Implement real-time data processing and event-driven architectures for sensitive enterprise data at scale
Work directly with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO
Own significant parts of the architecture and ship production code used by enterprise customers
Own systems end-to-end and contribute to the company’s long-term engineering growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional Node.js development in production environments
Expert-level understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime
Deep experience with TypeScript in production codebases
Strong command of RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and enterprise API security best practices
Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling, and performance implications of schema decisions at scale
Proficiency with Git workflows, code reviews, automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and infrastructure-as-code principles
Long-term commitment to a full-time engagement; not seeking short-term contractors
Preferred: Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations
Preferred: Experience building or contributing to Salesforce ISV (AppExchange) products
Preferred: Vue.js, Vue 3 Composition API, and state management experience
Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS serving enterprise customers with SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or GDPR requirements
Preferred: Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains and practices in the Salesforce ecosystem
