Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end project management of concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs from initiation through construction-ready handoff
  • Build and maintain integrated master schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines
  • Establish program governance through milestone gates, design review cadences, change control, and decision logs
  • Own the template and standard program, build playbooks, and create systems that let engineers focus on engineering
  • Identify risks, interdependencies, and blockers ahead of time and drive them to resolution
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of large-scale data centers
  • Drive next-generation liquid cooling and electrical distribution systems
  • Develop and scale first-of-a-kind modular data centers
  • Influence behind-the-meter designs and planning for multi-GW campuses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience running technical program management for complex design or construction programs, ideally data center or large capital projects
  • Ability to build and maintain integrated master schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines
  • Experience establishing program governance, including milestone gates, change control, and decision logs
  • Experience building playbooks, templates, and systems for technical teams
  • Ability to identify risks, interdependencies, and blockers and drive them to resolution
  • Bonus: data center or mission-critical design programs experience
  • Bonus: PMP or PgMP certification
  • Bonus: Primavera P6 or MS Project experience
  • Bonus: owner-side design and engineering project management experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States
