About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommission across every site
Set spares strategy per site, including levels, locations, and replenishment triggers, balancing availability against capital
Track fleet health and utilization so aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions
Coordinate fleet moves between sites, including packaging standards and chain of custody
Support Fluidstack's delivery and operation of large-scale AI compute infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units
Experience setting spares levels from failure data and defending the working capital they consume
Ability to maintain asset records accurately enough to survive an audit
Experience running RMA and warranty recovery programs that returned real money
Bonus: GPU or server fleets
