About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Flutter International LinkedIn strategy, developing the channel for divisional storytelling, executive visibility and strategic business narratives
- Connect regional and brand stories and showcase scale and international collaboration
- Create and distribute external communications content supporting business priorities and reputation
- Deliver campaigns relating to talent mobility, the World Cup and other priorities
- Support Talent and Talent Acquisition activity for ELP, Edge, Talent Magnets, careers site content, candidate communications, EVP activation and hiring priorities
- Manage relationships with LinkedIn and other external partners
- Develop opportunities including university links, employer awards, conferences, panels and careers fairs
- Support communications for PokerStars and Emerging Markets growth
- Link Flutter International communications with corporate communications, regional internal/external communications, Talent and Talent Acquisition
- Support integrated planning and continuity across communications activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven external communications experience
- Strong track record of creating and delivering content and campaigns across external channels
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Experience working with, influencing and advising senior leaders and executives
- Ability to translate internal talent initiatives into compelling external narratives
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed environments and collaborating across regions, brands and teams is desirable
- Ability to partner across communications, talent and regional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent, joined-up messaging
