About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our EOR projects in Germany, including employee onboarding and offboarding, contract preparation, and maintenance of master data
  • Provide ongoing support to employees as their HR point of contact for contracts, vacation, benefits, and certificates
  • Coordinate external service providers, such as company car, public transport passes, and other benefits providers
  • Communicate with international clients, answer operational questions, and support the sales team with proposals and project implementation
  • Support management with organizational tasks such as scheduling, preparing documents, and travel management
  • Contribute to the optimization of internal HR and project processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, HR Operations, HR Administration, or Customer Success / Account Management with significant client interaction
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a structured and independent approach to work
  • Excellent written and spoken English (minimum C1 level)
  • Excellent written and spoken German (minimum C1 level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with HR/payroll systems is an advantage
  • Strong service orientation, enthusiasm for direct contact with clients and employees, and an open, highly communicative personality
