About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Validate requests and support project needs analysis
Participate in defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resources
Develop and track project plans
Monitor progress, deadlines, deliverables, and potential deviations
Support replanning in response to changes in requirements or priorities
Organize status meetings and document decisions and next steps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of project management fundamentals
Project scheduling and tracking
Organization of requests, activities, and deliverables
Understanding of scope and resource management
Recording and tracking decisions and next steps
Knowledge of predictive approaches, such as Waterfall
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Scrum
Kanban
Familiarity with project management tools
Interest in and familiarity with AI applied to planning, organization, tracking, and productivity activities
Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in a technical program
Availability to work full-time
