Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression tests
Develop test scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria
Validate APIs, integrations, and workflows related to the Trade-In process
Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle
Conduct user acceptance testing before solutions are deployed to production
Validate business rules, exception scenarios, and system behavior
Investigate incidents, reproduce failures, and document evidence
Support root cause analysis and correction validation
Collaborate with Development, Product, and business teams
Contribute to test automation, continuous improvement, and the advancement of quality practices

Experience as a QA professional on agile teams
Functional, integration, and regression testing
Test scenario and test case development
Requirements and acceptance criteria validation
Solution acceptance testing
Incident investigation and log analysis
REST API testing
Postman
Swagger/OpenAPI
JSON payload validation
Contract validation and system-to-system integrations
SQL Server
MongoDB
Data querying and analysis for scenario validation
