About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide customers through the FMX implementation process
  • Understand customers’ current processes, pain points, and goals
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact during implementation
  • Own customer relationships and increase adoption and satisfaction
  • Maintain and enforce a 60-day implementation process
  • Collect and document customer success stories, quotes, and use cases
  • Report customer insights to the Marketing team
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional FMX software features
  • Record implementation meetings, phone calls, and miscellaneous tasks in Gainsight
  • Configure forms for new and existing customers
  • Allocate approximately 80% of time to client onboarding, 10% to support, and 10% to specific projects
  • Travel for onsite implementation meetings or training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven advanced knowledge of the FMX software
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships internally and with customers
  • High standard of integrity and ethical behavior
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and empathize with their definition of success
  • Understanding of when to proactively reach out to customers
  • Ability to be flexible and occasionally work outside FMX standard operating hours
  • Innovative problem-solving ability
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Self-motivation and ability to complete work in a timely manner
  • Expertise in FMX implementation and onboarding processes
