About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for management and stakeholders
  • Track and maintain SaaS metrics and ensure data integrity across sources
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies in models or reports and escalate appropriately
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to cross-functional teams and management
  • Serve as decision support for departments and contribute to growth strategies and mid- to long-range planning
  • Build working knowledge of company systems, data flows, and reporting cadences
  • Use AI tools and workflows to improve analysis efficiency and quality
  • Communicate task status, data questions, and preliminary findings
  • Report to the Manager of FP&A
  • Complete phone screen, hiring manager interview, technical assessment, and final Finance leadership interview as part of the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, public accounting, or a similar analytical role
  • Ability to understand how revenue and expense decisions impact the Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP standards, general accounting practices and procedures, financial analysis, and end-to-end business processes
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, with sophisticated modeling abilities
  • Direct experience using AI to enhance reporting and analysis
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and planning skills
  • Ability to work on routine assignments following established procedures with minimal direct supervision
  • Integrity, professional curiosity, and willingness to embrace productive discomfort
  • Alignment with Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and SaaS metrics
  • Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience working with data across ERP, CRM, and data platforms and integrating inputs for financial modeling and reporting

  • Successful completion of background check prior to onboarding
  • Ability to work onsite at the Columbus, Ohio office during the first week for onboarding
