Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of defense litigation experience
  • Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
  • Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred
  • California admission required
  • Must be admitted to practice in California
  • Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
  • Submit a resume, writing sample, and salary requirements
  • Must satisfy applicable work authorization requirements through the Form I-9/E-Verify process
