Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-10 years of defense litigation experience
  • Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
  • Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred
  • Trial experience
  • California admission required
  • Must be admitted to practice in CA
  • Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
  • Resume, writing sample, and salary requirements required for consideration
  • Must provide information for employment authorization verification through Form I-9; employer participates in E-Verify
