About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map and design processes within the Digital Health context, combining an understanding of healthcare processes, information management, and analytical methods to support successful integration between business and technology;
- Translate business needs into product requirements;
- Suggest process improvements to support the effective implementation of hospital management systems;
- Analyze system fit and define implementation strategies for hospital management systems;
- Support user acceptance testing;
- Prepare project and implementation progress reports and documentation;
- Conduct training sessions and prepare manuals for the FOLKS team and clients;
- Serve as the liaison between business areas and Information Technology in FOLKS client projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Experience with MV implementation and system configuration;
- Experience in process analysis and project documentation;
- Experience mapping hospital processes, assessing system fit, and defining hospital business rules;
- Experience training teams on the MV system and implementation strategies;
- English and Spanish are a plus;
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in São Paulo and travel according to client locations.
